out of 5 starsI hired this crew, not knowing much about them and after a bad experience with another contractor who did a lousy job installing my deck, were sloppy and had low people skills, I hesitated hiring staff from Facility Service Painting, but after meeting with Juan, I just felt good about what he said they could do. They truly exceeded my expectations! The crew was friendly, personable and attentive to my questions. I not only highly recommend them but will be hiring them to do all future jobs, and I have a list. I have shared their business cards with family and friends and after seeing the work they did on my home, they too plan on hiring them too. Juan was incredibly professional, responsive, started the job on time, finished early. The work was incredible. There were prior bumps and lumps in the walls and they look like new. The cabinets are AMAZING with a smooth finish. The job was finished in about 8 business days and was clean and tidy when complete. It was a huge project. No pressure, just information for me. So happy I proceeded with painting my cabinets. My kitchen is so much brighter and “looks bigger”. His crew was great too! Alex worked with one of our DIY projects that didn’t exactly turn out the way we wanted and with his efforts now looks just the way I envisioned it!!
